How do I book?

Add to cart the package you wish to order, plus any add ons with your preferred event date, time, location and the number of guests. We will confirm we have your order within 24 hours. If you have any questions or special requests please fill in the form on our contact us page.

Do I need to place a deposit?

Yes! We require a $100 deposit to hold your picnic date. Please note we do not reserve your date without a deposit. This deposit is non-refundable. If you move your picnic date within 7 days of your picnic booking you will have to pay a new deposit. Full payment is due 7 days before your picnic event.

Cancellation Policy?

If cancelling with less than 14 days notice then there will be no picnic booking refund. We do not refund due to weather conditions. Your deposit is non-refundable. 

Are there specific locations for your picnic set ups?

 We have a few of our favorite locations, however, our picnics can be set up anywhere around Sydney. We have a “come to you” option if you want to make your event a little more personalised. If you have a special location in mind whether it be a private location (e.g. your house or backyard) or a public location (e.g. a park or a beach) get in touch and we can send you a quote. 

How far in advance do I need to book?

Bookings are depending on availability, so please book in as much in advance as possible. However, we may be able to accommodate last minute bookings, so get in touch and we will try our best!

Does your picnic settings include alcohol?

Liquor Act 1992: It is against the law to sell or supply gift baskets containing alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. So this has to be your job!

Can cater to different dietary requirements? 

We endeavor to ensure all dietary requirements including food allergies are accounted for. However, as some of our food is outsourced by a third-party caterer we cannot guarantee the absence of trace elements.

Are there any delivery/collection fees?

Delivery and collection of items is included in the booking price as part of the set up and pack down. It is your responsibility to stay with the picnic until we collect all the picnic equipment at your specified finish time.

What happens if it rains on the day of my event?

We are always wishing for sunshine! If the weather isn’t working in our favour we will proceed to option B. Our team will be happy to accommodate your picnic in your home or in a sheltered venue specified by you. We cannot refund bookings on the basis of bad weather, so please check the forecast in advance.

Do I require a permit for the picnic?

Any required license is your responsibility. Please ensure you adhere to local council permit rules. We accept no responsibility due to lack of obtaining any required permits or licences. Please check if the council requires a permit for your event prior to booking.
